Appointment Confirmation

At The Sugar Loft, we take pride in our exceptional service and the experience we provide to our clients. To ensure we can provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you confirm your appointment when you receive our courtesy reminder 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you call or text us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. A follow-up text is sent the day before for those of you who did not confirm electronically. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.


We value your time as well as ours, so we have implemented a policy for cancellations and no-show appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. For no-show appointments, you will be charged the full amount (100%) of the treatment scheduled. These policies apply to both members and non-members.A valid credit card on file is required to book an appointment.If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. 

Late Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled or delayed. We try to be as flexible as possible, and offer a 5 minute grace period for appointments to allow for unexpected delays.However, if you anticipate running behind more than 5 minutes, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can work with you to reschedule your appointment if necessary or we may need to adjust the type of service you receive (i.e., brazilian to bikini, full leg to half leg).If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.  

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Please respect our time as much as we respect yours. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked.

Please make sure to check your text and email and be aware of any emails/text coming from The Sugar Loft. There is an automated email/text appointment reminder that will go out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as well as an automated email/text reminder that will go out 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment by clicking “confirm” in the link. Email and text reminders are automated, it is indicated that neither can be replied to, therefore attempting to reply to either is not an acceptable form of canceling. This is also indicated twice in the body of the email appointment reminder. Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period- please call, text or use our texting service (760-517-6049). Those are the only acceptable forms of communication for canceling/rescheduling. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

It is the clients responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the client's responsibility to read all appointment reminders.

Please note: For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account.

With a 3-month commitment, you will receive 10% off product and additional services and a $50 credit during your birthday month (one time use). Membership payments come out on the 1st or 15th of the month. Our memberships can be cancelled via email at with a 30 day notice. We must receive a cancellation request via email, via text or phone call will not be accepted as a form of cancellation. 3 Strikes, You're Out! 

As a member, if your credit card on file is declined more than 3 times and there is no communication about your account, then we have the right to forfeit your membership. If you would like to renew your membership, you will have to pay the remaining balance of missed payments before it can be reinstated. If your card on file declines we will send a invoice to your email to be filled out. If the invoice is not paid in 30 days, we have the right to your account on probation until the balance is paid. Our staff at The Sugar Loft is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Please treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate action, including the blocking of online booking privileges. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive and respectful environment.

Menstrual Cycle Policy

At The Sugar Loft, we want to ensure that all of our clients feel comfortable and accommodated during their appointments, even during their menstrual cycle. We understand that this can be a sensitive issue, but we want to assure you that it is completely normal and we encourage you to still come in for your appointment. We provide wipes and tampons if you need them, and ask that you take any pain relief medication if necessary (although it is often not needed). Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.If you would prefer not to get sugared during that time, please try to track your cycle and plan your appointments to the best of your ability, as you may still be charged a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations.

We know cycles can be unpredictable and we try to be sensitive to each situation.

Manzilian Policy

Experience our top-notch manzilian service at The Sugar Loft. For new male clients, we require two staff members to be on site during the service. Please be mindful that your appointment time may be rescheduled if it does not align with the availability of our staff members.

Kid's Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to bring your child with you to your appointment. We are happy to accommodate you and your child for your appointment time. We kindly ask that you please be respectful of the other clients who may be receiving facials during that time. Please give us a call or text in advance so we may make the necessary arrangements, so we may continue to create a relaxing atmosphere for all. 


We take pride in the quality of our beauty products and stand behind their performance. However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please bring it back to our studio within 10 days of purchase for a replacement. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

Refunds for Services

We stand by our work at The Sugar Loft Beauty + Boutique and do our best to educate our clients on our services. Hair growth cycles vary between all people and not everyone will receive the same results, especially if you have been shaving and are trying sugaring for the first time.
We do not offer refunds for services due to varying hair growth cycles. Please allow at least 2 weeks of growth after shaving and 4 weeks after waxing/sugaring to ensure all of your hair is long enough to be picked up by the sugar paste.
